Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our products, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In most situations, items are considered final sale once they leave our facility.

If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please contact us within a short time of delivery and provide details along with any supporting information. We will review your request and let you know whether a return may be accepted.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping expenses.
